What is compliance?
The waste industry is highly regulated. At Mulch we are totally compliant with all the applicable regulations. The waste element is detailed below.
Dublin City Council
Dublin City Council are in charge of our waste regulation. Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration S.I. No. 821 of 2007 as amended by the Waste Management (Facility Permit and Registration S.I. No. 86 of 2008. Jengus Limited T/A Mulch: Certificate of Registration Number: COR-DC-11-0003-01 issued by Dublin City Council in November 2011.

EPA (Environmental Protection Agency)
The EPA declared that Mulch should have a Certificate of Registration. We obtained this from Dublin City Council.
